The ERF delivery team has delivered more than £2.1 billion to 250,000 recipients in 2020/2021 in order to support their survival and the continued employment of an estimated 250,000 citizens. This has been a phenomenal challenge and successful delivery has been achieved under intense pressure, significant scrutiny and tight timeframes.
